Welcome to St. Maarten Health Care Clinic
We are a Physical and Orthopaedic Manual Therapy clinic located in Cole Bay which is close to one of the busiest areas on St. Maarten. We have 20 years of providing local services to the Hospital, Old Peoples Home, Home therapy, the Prison and the private sector. At our clinic we have a fully equipped medical training area plus five treatment rooms, one of which is set up for treating children. We provide services to visitors to the island. We work together with the on-shore agents for the cruise lines and mega yachts. Many hotels and resorts also request our services for their guests.

We provide professional physical therapy care for all age groups. Our fully licensed, experienced physical therapists offer patients the most up-to-date physical therapy and wellness practices.

Monday-Friday: 7.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm
 
Insurances/ Rates
Physical Therapy/ Orthopaedic Manual Therapy:
We accept all Government Insurances on St. Maarten: BZV, SVB, FZOG
Private Insurances: Ennia, Fatum, Nagico, Alico
All insurances require that you first visit a Family Physician or Medical Specialist for a referral letter.
We work closely with all above mentioned insurances. Some private insurances do not cover therapy for 100%, depending on your policy. Any questions you may have pertaining to this we can advise you.
You can also make an appointment and pay cash if you have no medical insurance or insurance abroad.

Footmaxx/ Insoles:
Most insurances will cover at least part of the expenses. Each individual should check with their insurance to find out what the coverage is. For those that do cover a referral letter from a Medical Specialist is required as well as a guarantee letter from the insurance company. Any payments that do not go through an insurance company can be made by cash or personal cheques (St. Maarten residents).You can always make an appointment to make a scan to see if orthotics would be beneficial to you.
